The
Reddeners in the Sign of the Rising Moon |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
In the midst of these efforts new fighters appeared. First came a red man in red clothes, and he was followed by a number of red helpers - as many as there were whiteners and blackeners in the fight. And while the two other groups were still clinging to each other, constantly
turning each other white or black, the red-makers quietly and busily
began to redden the trees, shrubs, bushes, flowers and grass, but also
all the birds and all the animals of the forest. Also the reddeners entered the mountain, slipped past the fiery-red glistening dragon and began to rubify the black and white hall and the black and white heroes. |
