NATURE MEDICINE CURRENT AFFAIRS: But this, as is known, only that person understands, who experiences it personally.
PETER HÜBNER: In his inside – or more exact: in his innermost being.
The
path to this universal knowledge is called the process of “
self-cognition“, the cognition of this universal knowledge you usually call “
self-awareness“ and the natural, convincing radiation of this knowledge you call “
self-realization”.
“Self-cognition“ is therefore the natural
process for gaining universal knowledge; “self-consciousness” or “self-awareness” is the
state, in which the universal knowledge is at someone’s disposal in a natural way and therefore open to cognition at any time.
And “self-realization“ is that
state, from which you can give this knowledge to others.
Someone who is
experienced in higher states of consciousness can
perceive this “self-realization“ only by the
radiation of a self-realized – for he shines like a sun – , but he cannot derive it from his behavior or activities. This perceiving of self-realization does not happen through the sense of sight, though, but
through the intellect.
From this tradition of “self-realization“ stem the torch-bearers of the Olympic Games – they symbolically
carry the light of enlightenment from the holy sanctuary of the self into the five worlds of the five elements: therefore the five Olympic Rings.
This to the aspect of “
universal knowledge”.
Relative “
waking consciousness“, as well as “
dream consciousness” are those states of consciousness, which represent only a more or less limited part of cosmic knowledge.
The “state of consciousness” of
deep sleep contains no knowledge at all – here you have even lost the awareness of your own existence – but: this “state of consciousness” of deep sleep is, after all, the gate to the
fourth main state of consciousness – even if it is still closed.
For in gaining the fourth main state of consciousness – starting from waking state of consciousness and/or dream state of consciousness – deep sleep is overcome in a systematic-logical way. Only after
breaking through deep sleep you reach the cosmic fields of natural intelligence – from where you can
bring along this natural intelligence back to the relative
waking state of consciousness or to the
dream state of consciousness: to the
thinking and thus accordingly to the
neurophysiology and/or
to the body.
A man who has reached the
fifth main state of consciousness is
always and at any time aware of the world of natural universal knowledge, that is, of the sphere of his
self: in his
waking state of consciousness, in his
dream state of consciousness as well as in his deep
sleep – while at that time his “deep sleep” has long since transformed itself to the state of “
pure consciousness”, which builds the natural light-basis for the cosmic thinking capability.
And it is not by chance that for this reason this
fifth state of consciousness is called “cosmic consciousness”, for in this state of development of consciousness the universal element of the “
self”, shining like a sun, and the cosmic element of “
consciousness”, shining like a moon, stand face to face to each other, as clear and unambiguously like sun and moon. At least the inner experience looks like this.
That is, here the potentially
cosmic thinking capability is continuously influenced by the
inner cosmic light radiation of the universal self – which
takes the thinking more and more
out of the strong influence of neurophysiological changes.
Due to this
deep sleep cannot come up anymore: for sleeping to occur it is now constantly too
bright in the field of thinking. Therefore you call this “enlightenment”.
